Delivery Time Terms

All products purchased on our website, footworldshop.com, will be shipped directly from international manufacturers to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

International Shipping

The provider typically uses E-Packet shipping, which allows for tracking of the merchandise from dispatch abroad until it reaches the final destination. After clearing customs, delivery within the domestic territory is handled by local postal services. All packages are insured against loss or theft.

Delivery Times

Once payment is confirmed on our site, footworldshop.com, processing of the order until dispatch takes 3-6 business days. After dispatch by the international carrier, delivery generally takes 7-15 business days to reach the recipient. Situations beyond our control may extend the delivery time, such as: a pandemic, postal worker strikes, delays in payment of any fees charged by postal services or customs authorities.

Responsibilities

Foot World Store guarantees delivery of the merchandise within up to 25 business days, except in cases of force majeure as described above, and is responsible for a full refund of the amount paid by the buyer if the merchandise is not delivered.   • Three delivery attempts are made by the postal service without anyone present to receive the package.
